Kitchen Nightmares Season 2 Episode 11 "Cafe 36" (S02E11)

Sometimes I wonder how the restaurant owners can not see what is wrong with their business. Do they not try their food? Do they never go into the kitchen? How blind are they? Some say I talked to customers and they said the food was good, well yeah do you really think they are going to tell you the truth?

Some of the restaurants that were on the show made me question if I should ever eat out again. I am sure there are many restaurant out there were hygiene is a unknown word. So how can we really be sure? My local fast food joint has glass windows in the kitchen and every time you look in there it is spotless clean. Either you see them prepare food or cleaning up so I am kind of re relieved about that!

I must admit Gordon Ramsey is one of the only Brits I enjoy watching (and actually understand) on TV! I have watched the UK version of Kitchen nightmares before the US one came on and it was just as great as the US show. Gordon Ramsey shows are a must watch on my list!

Cafe 36 what the owners call a american bistro. Well the owners kind of seemed very clueless about owning and running a restaurant. But seriously if you own a restaurant and you have a chef like Pinto would you really just sit by and let him serve the food he did and have the customers wait as long? Sometimes I just really don't understand how people can be that blind. The most funny thing was Terry standing his ground with the waiter, loved the reply from Terry "If you want to keep working here keep it to yourself". I mean as a boss wouldn't you be interested what your employees would do different and their opinions? As just because Gordon told you to stand up for yourself you don't have to do it to the person who speaks the truth do it to your damn chef that causes most of the problems! Sometimes maybe employees see things in a light you haven't thought off and some of the ideas would maybe pay off better than yours. So there is a reason companies have these idea boxes (so they can steal your idea and make big money with it!). So Terry maybe that would be something for you as well instead of telling them to keep it to them self if they want to keep their job!

What did Gordon's team change in the renovation beside the color on the wall and dishes? I couldn't tell that much of a difference. The owners did seem very nice even though very new to the industry and kind of lost but they were the first ones to ever give a present to Gordon which I thought was kind of nice and not as selfish as the other restaurant owner who just took.

Ghost Hunters International Season 1 Episode 16 (S01E16)

So I couldn't resist and had to give it another try. The previous episode was very interesting because of the place they visited and how much evidence they found so I thought I would give it another shot and maybe it would just as interesting. Well I know I have been picking on the show because of the people in it but I must say I can live with watching Robb on the show, but certainly not Brandi. She still is very annoying and I so hope not to see her on the show anymore. Angela fits in with the team and I think it showed this time, even though in the dark she looks like a deranged serial killer. Robert fits perfectly in the show and should be a permanent member even though he was just with the team for the first case of this episode. So when will Brandi leave again?

Well the first case brought them to the Grande Hotel in Cambuquira, Brazil. The hotel was closed down just for them. There were a lot of stories to the hotel and the evidence they got was pretty amazing, even though it kind of seemed like the hotel manager didn't think so because he didn't seem to be that enthusiastic about any of the evidence. Especially the photo Barry took with his full spectrum camera. That camera seems to do wonders with hunting ghosts, where can I get one of those? I really want one!

The second case was "The Little Castle" in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The story is that a family Reis lived in the castle and after the father died the brothers kept fighting with each other until one of them is said to have gunned down the mother, his brother and himself. During the whole investigation you can only hear the traffic going by. How is a investigation even possible there? How can they make out what noises come even from the castle? The castle is basically just a empty shell. So I was very surprised to see they found something. The only evidence they were able to present was a EVP of a womans voice saying a name "Eduardo". So their research showed that the family Reis didn't live in the castle, just used it as a law office and that they are suppose to have had a meeting with someone, maybe Eduardo? The mother had 4 bullets in her 2 belonged to a gun they never found. Also the brother who was suppose to have shot the family had 2 bullets in his heart and the gun in his left hand, even though he was right handed. So was there a Eduardo that killed the family and was the womans voice on the EVP the mother telling them about it? Kind of creepy but also exiting.

The Office Season 5 Episode 12 (S05E12)

I am sure Angela did not think she would in the end be alone and not have Andy or Dwight. Finally Michael told Andy that Angela is cheating on him with Dwight. So Andy and Dwight set a time for a fight for Angela. The winner would win her. She even announced that she would go after the result of the duel. So Andy knowing he could never win against Dwight tricks him and ended up fighting him with his car. Dwight thought he is the only one Angela is making love with, not so much Andy had the chance too, twice! So it seems none of them want to have anything to do with her and she is just as alone as the was in the beginning of The Office!



I love this show. I think I have seen every episode hundreds of times, but it just doesn't get old and the jokes are just as funny as watching it for the first time. I was so happy everything working out fine between Pam and Jim. That was a very long time we had to wait for them being together. I also always thought Dwight and Angela are going to a couple on the show, but maybe now we have to wait just as long until they are back together.

Top Chef Season 5 Episode 8 (S05E08)

I have watched Top Chef ever since it started. I still like the first season most plainly out of the reason that they didn't try to be like any other show, they kind of did their own thing. Now if a chef tempers with food through chemicals or other weird things they win that competition for sure. Some examples are Fabio who won the challenge where he tempered with the olives so the inside where soft, Richard from Season 4 and Marcel from Season 2. I always thought nowadays people want more eco food. Like free range chicken, eco products from the farmers market etc. but not the food Top Chef promotes with that. I mean is what the average person wants really that much different then what gourmet eaters want? Do they not want fresh natural ingredients?

I really do understand why they send Ariane packing, but I think Leah should have gone home. She didn't do much for the team at least Ariane tried. Leah where just good about throwing Ariane under the bus. I so hope she goes home next time. Leah tied the lamb and she should have taken the fall for it. But I am confident she will be one of the next ones to go home.

And did you see the preview for next weeks show (if not watch it below)? Leah and Hosea? Are you serious? Didn't he say in one of the previous shows how he has a girlfriend or fiancé or something? I think this is the first love drama on the show isn't it? I think none of the previous season ever had that if I can remember right.



And what is up with that new judge? I so hope Gail will be back at some point but why does every show need to have a British person in it? I really don't like the new judge he ain't funny and he doesn't bring anything new to the show. Why couldn't any of the other guest judges that where ever on the show be the new judge? I just don't get why every show needs it's own British person but I guess it was just a matter of time until Top Chef had theirs. Maybe Top Chef got their British person this season because the people liked Mark from Australia last season so much.

Well make sure you don't miss the next episode. It airs Wednesday 10/9c on Bravo.

The new adventures of old Christine Season 4 Episode 13 (S04E13)

Am I the only one who sees a little of myself in Christine or does everyone feel like that? I mean sometimes I am so painfully like her that I just can not stop laughing about it. This is one of my favorite shows ever. I have received the first season on DVD for Christmas (now it is endlessly played over and over again).

This episode was again full of funny humiliation for Christine. Richard, Matthew and Christine went to Ritchie's school to listen to a 7th grade survival presentation. After embarrassing Matthew and Richard Christine finds a old schoolmate that gave her the nickname C-Cup and everyone back then in school thought that she was easy which she claims she wasn't. So she confronts him and next day he already told everyone that he slept with her.

I have thought many times this show is going to be canceled especially since it was in talks a couple of times to be axed. I loved this show from the first episode on and wanted to see more, not just one season or 2 no more. And now that the show is in it's 4th season I truly hope it is still not the last. I want more!!!

Worst Week Season 1 Episode 12 (S01E12)

That was a very long holiday season break this show enjoyed, but to me it was so worth the wait. I think I can definitely say that this is one of the most hilarious shows I have ever seen. So many laughs in one show it's just plainly amazing. If you have not seen the show yet you should definitely do so, this is a must see!

Well Sam and Melanie are still staying at Dick's and Angela's place. Sam's new boss wants to spice the magazine up a bit and wants Sam to write something different. So at a visit to Melanie's Gynecologist Sam tries to do some market research while Melanie already makes her way into the doctors office. So Sam going after Melanie he has to ask what room she is in. With the information on the way he makes his way into room 2 where ends up seeing Angela's vagina! Yes you read right. So trying to write something for his new boss and nothing really seems to come out he decides to write about his room mistake earlier. Trying to hide the article from Dick and Angela isn't working out as much as they wish either, so you can be sure to have another hilarious episode of Worst Week!

Rock of Love: Rock of Love Bus Season 3 Episode 2 (S03E02)

Just watched the latest episode of hooker parade, oh sorry my mistake Rock of Love. The first questions that always come to mind watching the show is where do they find those girls? I mean is there somewhere a list in Hollywood of girls that would do anything and I mean anything to be on TV? How can they have any pride? Do they check their dignity on the door before they enter the show? What do they think they get out of it? Fame? Rich husband? Baby Daddy? A new life? Whatever it is I got news for them you ain't gonna get it. I think the girls going on shows like Rock of Love or Flavor of Love can just not do anything else and who really is surprised about that, seeing how all they do is drink their brains out!

Well this episode they got to play wedding with Bret. So they had to chose a wedding dress from the provided outfits sponsored by hookers'r'us and then walk down the isle one after another reading vows and maybe giving Bret a present. The one that refused to dress like a hooker and whore the clothes that mostly represent her and that gave him the perfect gifts (some motocross stuff) of course didn't win (well didn't surprise me seeing how he wants a crazy wild hooker kind of chick)

And of course they are the few stalkers in the bunch as well. You know the ones that want him all to them self, already have a connection with him and think he should not talk or look at another woman ever. They can ask to be send home and he still keeps them around playing right into their fantasy that they are meant to be. Crying the whole show that they don't get enough attention, forcing them to do crazy stuff and causing trouble.

If that wasn't crazy enough for you yet and you want to see Lacey again on the show then tune in for the next episode Sunday (Jan. 18th) 9pm on VH1!

13 Fear is Real Season 1 Episode 1 (S01E01)

This was just creepy. The voice of the Mastermind sounds just as scary as the one of the Saw movies. I think this is the perfect show for horror movie fans. I have watched most of the horror movies out there and I am sure this would be a horror movie fans dream to be on the show.

So 13 people get put in the woods, having to stay in a really creepy cabin. They have to compete in competitions and in this episode the last team of 2 had to face the execution ceremony. They were buried in a wooden casket with some dirt over it. The first player to escape continue in the game while the other one was killed off. Oh and there is the death box where the holder of it is the killer and can kill off some competitors. Stefinie got the box first (they have to steal it out of a small old rusty bird cage, if they get caught and outed as the killer they have to face the execution ceremony) but somehow she got cold feet and returned the box! Why Stefinie? You had the power to get further in the game as long as you don't get caught why put it back? Well in the end someone else stole it this time unbeknown to the viewer of who has it. I can tell you that I can't wait till the next episode! This is my kind of show.

The winner of the show get $66,666 ! That is the coolest sounding price ever, any guessing of who is going to win?

10 Items or less Season 3 Episode 1 (S03E01)

Greens & Grains Grocery Store is back and just as funny as ever. This time it is time for turkey bowling in the isle. What you think that wouldn't bring any money into a grocery store because nobody will shop anymore? Just wait and see ( well actually if you have not seen the episode d it now and you know what I am talking about). I always thought 10 items or less was kind of "The Office" just located in a grocery store. Here is a little video for in case you have never heard of it.



I have seen every single episode of this show and just love it. Always good laughs and awesome cast. This is a must see!

Daddy's Girls Season 1 Episode 1 (S01E01)

Is that the apartment from The Hills? I am so sure that it is the exact same apartment. Lauren moved out, MTV got the apartment a fresh coat and moved the next girls in. Isn't that a cheap way to produce one show after another. I haven't heard of the show before seeing it on and I must admit my first thought after reading the shows name I thought "How can MTV show something like that? That kind of sound perverted". So I had to watch it only to find out what it is about and let me tell you those where the most wasted 30 minutes of my life! As if The Hills weren't already bad enough now we get to watch the daughters of Rev Run moving to Los Angeles trying to get their own fashion store up and running. By the way is it really called Pastry? WTF!

As we have seen in The Hills the apartment is quite small and since in that show just Lauren and Heidi and later Lauren and Audrina lived in it you can imagine that living in there with 4 girls is like living in a shoe box. So one of the girls has to sleep and work on the couch! Awesome. And as if that wouldn't already be bad enough you get to see their terrible acting skills (maybe some acting classes would have helped a little), them trying to open their business and spending Daddy's money! Yeah, all the qualities a good show should have! Who needs shows like Leverage when you can watch this all day!?
