One of my favorite shows is back and I think this time they actually seem to have more good chefs on the show. They still have some that seem to have never set foot in a kitchen like Lacey for example. She doesn't belong on the show at all. I would like to compare her and the kitchen to a deer caught in headlights. Then she just runs off and needs some time for herself. Only to come back and cause some more drama. I so hope she is going soon.Also Colleen is she kidding by saying that she is teaching people how to be chefs? I really can not believe she is a cooking instructor that must be a fantasy of hers or something. If she really is a cooking instructor I am sure nobody wants to learn from her anymore after the show. Maybe that was her whole idea something like. I go on the show, I know I will never win, but when I am back teaching people I can say that I am a awesome chef because I have cooked with Gordon Ramsey on Hell's Kitchen. Isn't that a awesome plan? She can go soon too.
If I would have to say who I think after the first show impressions who I think is going to win I would say Coi or Charlie.
The preview for the next episode was awesome. I am so looking forward to this season. I am sure it's just as good as the previous ones.

Lazy and Colon, I mean Lacey and Colleen don't deserve to stay any longer in Gordon's kitchen. I was so shocked at the surprising twist in the second episode wherein I thought I was about to witness a double elimination (tsk) but Ji decided to withdraw from the show due to her injury. Taking the team's welfare into consideration was very noble though and I admire her more for that. I hope that they would bring her back to the show because I agree with the girl who said that Ji at injured is better than Colleen and Lacey combined (bwaa haa ha). I found that she has a web site, with photos and you can email and even vote as to whether to have her back to the show!
